FAQs

Why Should I Choose Microwaterjet® or MACROWATERJET?

In certain cases, the parts we produce can’t be cut by any other method due to their unique combination of features and material type. Our customers are those who would typically need to post-process their parts after laser cutting or wire EDM to remove slag or recast layers.

Can Microwaterjet® or MACROWATERJET Cut All Types of Material?

Our technology can cut almost any material. However, certain types of glass and other extremely brittle materials are not suitable for cutting. Many plastics and ceramics that are difficult for laser technology to handle can be easily cut with Microwaterjet® and MACROWATERJET®.

Is MACROWATERJET capable of producing 3-D Parts?

Our MACROWATERJET system can cut angles up to +/- 60 degrees from flat stock, offering continuous rotation.

How Does Microwaterjet® and MACROWATERJET Enhance The Prototyping Process?

Our cutting processes are commonly used for both prototype projects and low to high-volume production.
